Minas Residence was opened in 1398, and its building dates back to around 400 years ago (Safavid era). Currently, the first phase of this hotel is operational, and in the near future, the second phase with more rooms and larger spaces will be operational. This residence has 3 room doors and unlike other traditional houses, it has an open parking lot with a capacity of 8 cars. The distance from the property to Jolfa square and Vank Cathedral is a 10-minute walk, to Naghshe Jahan square and Chehel Sotoun is less than 45 minutes by car.
